How does a booking system work?

After selecting a car, pick up and exit, filling in all personal, payment details needed to close the order, we will contact you with your booking confirmation as soon as possible. The reservation is confirmed and equipped.

When do I pay for the transfer?

Payment options are transfer to the account, payment directly in the car with 1% surcharge or cash before / after transfer to the driver in the car.

Are cars clean, safe?

Yes, cars are kept in a 100% state.

Can I communicate English or German?

Our clients are predominantly English speakers and we speak English, as well as German.

What happens if we refuse the transfer?

24 hours before the transfer can be canceled without a cancellation fee. If this is a shorter time, we charge in accordance to transport order (50%).

Can I also transport my dog or cat?

Animal transport is excluded, except when the animal is in the cage during the entire transport.

Is the car equipped with a child seat?

Yes. On request.

Do you know my chauffeur to advise at an airport, hotel or otherwise?

Yes our drivers are willing to advise, respectively, help to clear the basic communication barriers at the hotel reception, when booking a car or recommending what area to visit nearby.
